The 5 Tibetans Rites

This is a really good video which shows the 5 Tibetan Rites - originally created by monks to keep them healthy! I did it religiously for a long time and I am convinced it helped me to turn the corner when I was healing from cancer. I have just started to do them again as I realise I have been missing them! It feels so good that I just wanted to share them with you!
